How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send a tracking number directly to your email so you can monitor its journey.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

At Hestia + Co, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, organic textiles, and artisan-made goods designed to last a lifetime.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders enter our processing system quickly. You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, we may have already begun the shipping process.
