At Hestia + Co, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
